Customer reviews
My first experience here was great, which makes this even more disappointing. I was told my original tires would be saved until I brought back my replacement tire. I only needed one tire, but they wanted to help me out. So they saved my 3 good tires in a “sack with my name on it” and they would let me use their tires until I could get a cheaper replacement tire. When I came back to have my new tire put on I was told they had been thrown away. I don’t understand why perfectly good tires would be thrown away after I was specifically told they would be kept for me. They also forgot to install the brand-new tire I brought and left it sitting in my trunk, so I woke up to a flat tire the next morning. So not only did they throw perfectly good tires away but they left me with the same problem that I originally came to them for. When I called, of course they had just sent their only traveling mechanic to Arkansas. But promised me they’d call me back when he returned. No call back. No voicemail. It was disappointing to feel like I was only valued as a customer when a sale was involved. Mistakes happen. A lack of communication, accountability, and attention to detail shouldn’t. I won’t be back
Never have I ever experienced better customer service. A crew of five workers immediately went to work on my rims, with each one explaining their part in my tire repair. They have gained my and my family's business.
I purchased a full set of tires on Fri 6/19 and I will not go anywhere else moving forward. They have a large selection of wheels and tires and you really can't beat the price with free rotation, alignments, and roadside assistance that comes with the purchase for the life of the tires. Christopher and Brittany were great to work with. They are very friendly, personable, easy to work with, and made the entire buying experience stress free. I will not be going anywhere else. They have made a customer for life.
Everyone needs to come see Brittney at RNR tire in muskogee. She is awesome! Got me out of a rim contract and into a new set. Couldn't be happier!!
This amazing place they definitely took really good care of us and got us hooked up on tires for my mini cooper and tires and rims for my husbands truck. I really couldn't ask for a better place to go to get tires and rims. They are awesome people. I would recommend anyone and everyone to check these guys out. You all rock. And thank you all so much.
