I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at the Lawton RNR Tire Express location. Since January, I have made my agreed monthly payments of about $110 and even paid an additional $900 toward my balance. I also visited the store in March to update my payment information. Despite that, my payments were never processed after January, and no one contacted me for six months to let me know there was an issue. Instead, I received a call stating I had to immediately pay the remaining balance of approximately $1,396 or my contract balance would increase to over $3,300. I was only offered a two-week extension. Had I not had savings, this would have created a serious financial hardship through no fault of my own. What made the experience even worse was that the store manager refused to come out and speak with me when I visited. I found that extremely unprofessional. I believe this situation could have been avoided with basic communication and accountability. I hope this matter is reviewed so other customers do not experience the same issue.
5 stars all day Trevor and techs and all were so amazing to me and my family helped me with everything made it affordable I thought it was a bs scam when i was told 20 dollars down to get tires and rims but look at my whip now beautiful thank you Trevor and all of r&r and their techs for everything will definitely use again very soon once this set is paid in full and comes with great benefits. The staff up front and in the shop are always friendly. The staff is very knowledgeable about what they’re selling and willing to answer questions. They have stayed late to get my new tires installed before and called other shops to get more details about questions I had. I’ll go back and recommend you check them out too.
I was in a bind due to a factory rim getting ruined by a wayward brake caliper. I gave them a call, and Drew said come on down they would get me taken care of. I did that, and Trevor did a great job helping me get set up with new rims and tires. Everyone was super nice and cordial, plus my ride looks great! Highly recommend!
The employees were absolutely amazing!! From my sales guy to the finance lady, even the mechanic who was working on my truck was informative and let me know everything step by step. I will definitely be back, they didn’t try to sell me on something I didn’t need or want! It’s hard to find people who actually want to help and make sure you’re happy, it’s not just about the money for them it’s about old school relationships for business!! Thank you guys you’re amazing!!!
