LONG REVIEW BUT WORTH THE READ RUNNN!!!! We spent over 3500.00 at this shop 3 weeks ago for new tires and wheels, we also tried to tell them we wanted our factory tire sensors placed in the new tires but they argued that the aftermarket sensors would work just as good or better than the factory so we went against our better judgement and allowed them to use the aftermarket sensors and allowed for a few days to see if they would work but the tire light was continuously turning on and off in which we ended up having to go to discount tire so they could place our factory sensors in the new wheels and cost us an extra $80. THE BIGGEST ISSUE IS when they pulled the car out of their shop we immediately noticed someone had scratched one of the wheels and tried to use sharpie to cover up the mistake. We pointed out the flaw and we were advised that they would contact their manager so the issue could be resolved. The “manager” IS NEVER AVAILABLE!!!! We have since been in contact with the workers back and forth and no resolutions have been made. We were told a wheel has been ordered 2 weeks ago but since we have not been able to contact the manager to confirm the new wheel is in. Poor customer service and lack of communication also the fact that they tried to conceal the flaw they caused hoping we wouldn’t find it shows a lot of shadiness and inability to be honest, if I could give less than one star I would!!!!
The whole store did an amazing job. The main employee that helped and conversed about stuff with me that I brought up that is going on in my life. Really friendly, I ended up knowing his wife from way back in the school days
I came in 10 minutes before closing and need a flat tire repaired. I ended up needing my whole tire replaced and they did it for me immediately. Super friendly and kept reassuring me it was okay that I was there at closing time. Highly recommend and will be returning for all future needs!! They are the best!!
While on a cross country trip, I caught a screw in one of the tires of my tow vehicle and woke up the next morning to a flat. I put some air in it, crossed my fingers and headed to RNR. I was greeted by Adrian who was instantly friendly and helpful. John took care of the tire and made sure the other 3 were still good to drive on. To my suprise, all the great customer service and the quick fix came at no charge. Thanks guys, you're a real life saver!
