This place is a complete rip off. I have been financing a set of tires with them for almost 2 years. I called them 2 months ago to see what the balance remained. They told me my balance was $179. I called today after making 3 payments of 61.11 and they told me my balance is $171. So basically they are telling me that out of the $183.33 that I’ve paid only $8 was applied to the balance . 🤯 the lady told me on the phone told me it must have been the payoff amount they told me last time not the actual balance and what they told me was a mistake. Ok 👌🏼 sure . The reason I made the call to them 2 months ago was because the last time I had checked 6 months earlier I had a balance in the $300’s so I was wondering why they were still taking money. That’s when they told me that my balance remaining was $179 because I had went over the same as cash time allowance. And explained everything to me. I was fine with that. But now after speaking with them today. I know they are just some scammers. Taking advantage of people debit cards. I recommend everyone pull your bank statements. Pull your rnr emails / contracts, do the math, and find out what they have really been taking. They are basically using people for their own personal piggy banks . I refuse to give them another dime and I suggest you tell them you want to make your payment in person with cash and receive a receipt with balance remaining each time.

Eric Vega was absolutely amazing with handling a multitude of tasks and ensuring every customer that comes through the door get a fair and attentive service on top of making sure the Tec's on staff questions or concerns were answered too. I appreciate that he was able to assist us in getting a set of tire for my husband's Jeep. He went above and beyond. This man definitely deserves a substantial raise. I went to this location based on recommendation from another tire shop after they were unable to assist me. Unfortunately, the problem I had was unable to be resolved with the aftermarket rims I had bought omline. Eric was nothing but professional and compassionate to the situation. Two weeks later I returned to purchase the correct aftermarket rims and wheels.

I’ve had work done at several tire shops in the area over the years, but this place truly stands out. The team went above and beyond anything I’ve experienced before. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, honest, and incredibly helpful. They took the time to explain what was going on with my tires, gave me clear options, and didn’t try to upsell anything I didn’t need. The work was done quickly, professionally, and at a very fair price. What impressed me most was how much they genuinely cared about doing the job right and making sure I left satisfied. Customer service like this is rare these days. If you’re looking for a trustworthy tire shop that treats you with respect and does excellent work, I highly recommend them. I won’t be going anywhere else from now on.

Look, I don't care what anyone said with their negative reviews! This place knows customer service and they knock it out of the park when it comes to dealing with people. I walked in around 11:30 am today, I was promptly greeted. I was then given a choice of appointment times for my issue. They had one appointment left for the day, so I took it. My appointment was for 4pm. I returned at 3:55 pm and handed my keys over. They took my name and information and stated that they'll advise when my vehicle was done. Now mind you, this was a same day appointment. I had put a leveling kit on my new truck this morning so I needed an alignment real bad! At 4:07 my truck went onto the alignment rack. The alignment was, well, effed up! At 4:47 my truck was completed, the alignment is dead-on now! Thank you guys! I'll definitely be back and I'm telling my friends to patronize your business!
