Customer reviews
I can't say enough how much I appreciate the help I received on 6/26 at about 1:30pm. I was coming from Warren, Michigan for my Uncle's funeral when I ended up with a puncture on the freeway. We were able to plug the tire, but did not want to make the almost 4hr drive home without a new one. When we arrived we were immediately greeted and taken care of by the staff and Manager. They were able to find us a tire for my car that was gently used, fairly priced and had us up and running and ready to go within an hour of arriving. Thanks to their attention I was able to make the hour drive I had left to say goodbye to my uncle, and that genuinely means the world to me. I HIGHLY recommend them and can't imagine having anyone else help me that afternoon. Thank you for your service! 💝🙏 Best Regards and Wishes, - Hope Johnson
Tires we got are as advertised. The only thing is they scratched one of the rims but other than that very happy
Great experience! They got me in last minute on a holiday weekend and did an excellent job. I will definitely buy tires here in the future!
Couldn't be happier with the service I received, they explained every step of the way, gave me multiple options with payment plans that you could not get anywhere else. Came out and explained the alignment paper work and other problems they found while doing inspections. I had 4 brand new tires mounted balanced with a FREE Alignment and I was out of the door before I could believe. I will use RnR Tires in Lima until I can't drive anymore.
