I went just today an seen this great group of people for a low tire pressure light made an appointment online that didn't show on their end but WENT ABOVE & BEYOND to take care of me,my needs and concerns for the time slot giving to me online!!! The guys in the front Joe ,Nick (I think was the younger guys name)and Kris the actual mechanic BEYOND WONDERFUL!!!! RNR should be giving Kris a BIG FAT HEFTY RAISE in my opinion he is a STELLAR ASSET to that location an team. He took so much of his time talking to me an helping me address so many concerns an worries. I truly feel so much safer driving after speaking with him he was VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE about cars. I TRULY CANT SAY ENOUGH POSITIVE WONDERFUL THINGS ABOUT THESE 3 GENTLEMEN!!! RNR consider yourself blessed to have such a great group at your Akron Location PLEASE take care of them so they can better serve the community!!! Bonus an raises STAT for these 3 !!!!!!! I am extremely pleased with the service I received here. I originally went in because of a flat tire, and the team quickly discovered that my wheel was actually bent and leaking air. They didn’t have my original wheel in stock, so I found one myself and brought it in. What truly impressed me was that they went out of their way to help install it free of charge. That doesn’t mean they “work for free” — it means they are honest, professional, and genuinely human. They understood my situation and chose to help when they didn’t have to. Great customer service like this is rare nowadays. Highly recommended!
11/10 recommend this location!! They were so quick and so efficient. There were several customers in the store and we were all treated so well. They had a nice little refreshment area. They were all so kind and their customer service was above expectations even with the computer hiccup! I will definitely be back and I recommend everyone else to here too!!
Elizabeth deserves a shout out! She was very nice, clear, & knowledgeable. She went above and beyond in assisting me with the best option for my tire needs. Eric also provided great customer service and promptly hopped in to answer my questions & made sure that I understood the paperwork & entire payment process. They know how to build trust. I highly recommend joining their 120-day program (4months same cash value) for its long term benefits . It is set up to make your life easier when it comes to cost and maintenance . Best place for honest helpful business.
This rating may change the outcome of my issue is resolved. going to start off by saying salesperson knowledgeable and friendly.. atmosphere very clean and inviting. The 12 pages of paperwork it seems like too much of a legal statement. After receiving my four brand new tires two and a half hours later. Proceeded to the car wash, found my rims scratched from the impact socket they were using. I called them and notified Shey (front counter person). He said he will contact someone in his company. After I see the results my rating may change.
