Chris went out of his way to help me get safely back on the road. This company is great not only with impeccable customer service but pricing and taking care of the maintenance of the tires. Free rotation, free alignments, 1 year of roadside assistance, etc...Outstanding company!!!!
This place sucks. I will never do business with them again. spoke with a sales rap name star about a set of rim. She said thay only had 3 and was waiting on the other one to come. I said ok when it comes i want them . She took my name and number a week went by nothing so i call her. she said the rim hasn't came yet another week goes by so i call again and to my surprise they sold them.. their excuse was, she was off that day, so another rep sold them. I guess they don't leave notes saying. These rims are sold call customer. When it comes i.. The situation is solved.. Hector the manager reached out to me and apologize for his staff mistake let's just say I went back and left satisfied and happy... Thank Hector..
I came in for a wheel alignment and I was met with the best customer service and hospitality. Hector helped me as soon as I walked through the door and made the process stress free! This was the quickest and easiest process ever! All of the staff were kind. A young lady came and helped me put my tire in my trunk. Everyone was absolutely amazing! Great service!
God bless RNR Tire Express and the manager Hector Santiago! We were stuck on a Friday during a holiday weekend and called after a 3” screw punctured our tire. Even store was closing he was able to have a mechanic stay late to fix our tire. Super fair price and no extra charge for staying late. Incredibly nice people and recommend for all tire needs. We’ll be coming back.
