Found a them through a Google search. Had an another tire company, but could not remember the name and ran across RNR tires. Called and spoke with Scott and came in on a Friday. Illiana provided great customer service and got me schedule as soon as I came in. Thank you RNR.
I came into RNR tired and I met Josh and didn’t have the ones I wanted. As I was walking away and Josh stopped me and said hello find me something I would like. The ones I like were sold. He said hello find help me and for 3 weeks straight we called multiple people. And he did. He did all of that and picked out something I liked. This isn’t about the wheels or tires it’s about Josh and how passionate and patient he was with me. I wasn’t going to get anything but I had to come back cause how patient he was and the way he spoke to me. Now I got a set of wheels on my jeep. I REALLY REALLY APPRECIATE THAT. That is amazing and I forever buy my rims from RNR. It’s how you treat people. Thanks again Josh.
My experience was absolutely amazing. Josh was super helpful with giving me the information I needed to make my decision. He went out of his way to get the answers to my questions if he didn't know them. Brandon was awesome with walking me through the lease agreement and pay setup. They are super friendly and definitely recommend people to come here. I will definitely be using this place in the future for all my vehicle needs.
I just want to give a Special Thanks to "John" at the front Desk for getting me setup with New Tires being very knowledgeable and having very great customer service skills he really treats you like family he had me in & out all while training another associate and keeping his professionalism while handling the front end alone on a very busy day i didn't forget you john!
