I did experience not the best services to begin with after purchasing a tire. However, after speaking with the area manager, Darius, he provided great customer service, and got me taken care of. Very satisfied.
I really appreciate these guys, the lock used for my rims to take the wheels out needed to be replaced 2 times. Once after it broke, and now a second time when it got stolen, and both times they gave me a new one for free. Thank you!
It's my wife's birthday weekend and I decided to buy her first pair of custom rims They look amazing. The help I received in keeping it fancy and elegant at the same time is what a customer is really looking for when it comes to changing the style of there vehicle. When I need to purchase some more rims RimTyme Custom Wheels and Tires will be my go to spot. Prices are decent when it comes to saving money but receiving top of the line custom rims.
Customer service was good however when it came to actually putting the wheels on, we were told that they couldn’t take one of the lug nuts out from one of the front wheels and they didn’t want to do it cause of liability, but we were able to take out the lug nuts at home by hand with wrench and a socket so that part doesn’t make sense to me. Anyways besides that everything else was good.
Hey what’s going on Bradley Medlin Jr. I’m trying to get in contact with you for a situation that happened at your shop at 1123 N Bragg Blvd Spring Lake NC 28390. I came by on August 17th to change a bad valve steam for my front driver tire. After my valve steam was replaced I parked the car for the week and drove my truck. On August 20th 2024 my father took my car out and realized that my tire was damaged and immediately called me. So on August 22nd 2024 I took the car to work and realized how bumpy it was riding that day so I thought low pressure. Well on August 24th 2024 it was still riding the same I didn’t want to accuse them for anything. That very same day I was standing outside talking with co-workers and was happened to look at my driver tire and realize the inter part of my tire looked flat and noticed a few bumps on my tire like they forced my tire on with a crowbar so I gave them a call to verify the damage and they asked if I could return to the shop so that they could verify the damaged on my tire that was in their possession. As I arrive to the shop the employee made me sign a waiver for my consent to put my car on the lift after the fact of the damage being done. Well they took a look and told me it was caused by road bumps. I have pictures and a video of a guy who installed my new tire for me explaining what could have caused this damage to my tire. All I ask was if they could order me a new tire for what they did because the tire they damaged was still fairly new. I want to settle this situation as simple as possible without having to file no police report I’m not looking to get any money back I just want a new tire and the employees or Owner don’t have to hear from me again.
