Called around 5 PM today after finding a nail in my tire, and even though they were closing at 6, Frank and Steven were very accommodating and got me taken care of quickly. Their staff patched my tire and I was back on the road in no time! I’ve been coming to Cross Island Tire & Wheel for the past 6 years for all my tire needs. Great service, friendly staff, and always willing to help. Highly recommend!
Great experience with this tire shop. I brought in my Tesla Model Y Performance for two rear tires, and they were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. They also noticed that both of my rear wheels were bent and showed me the issue before recommending the repair. They were able to straighten both wheels, install and balance the new tires, and everything came out great. The pricing was very reasonable, they were honest about what needed to be done, and the car rides noticeably smoother now. I really appreciate that they caught the wheel issue instead of just installing the tires and sending me on my way. Definitely recommend them and will be coming back when I need my front tires replaced.
Highly recommend this shop! I bought two tires for my Chevy Aveo six months ago that ended up having issues. Been coming here for a few years and I'm finally getting around to writing them a review. These guys are excellent. So friendly, so accommodating, really are PROFESSIONALS in this line of work. They know how to work on Teslas (jack mode, pucks) which is a huge plus. I've owned cars for years and years but have never had to get a new set of tires since I usually lease. I was worried about what that process would look like. But it was so easy to order my tires online, specify Cross Island Tire & Wheel as my installer of choice, the tires shipped to them, they gave me a ring that they were in and I could come in anytime I want. They got me in and out in under 20 minutes. And it was exactly as Tire Rack quoted me for, so it's all for an honest price. Thank you for putting a complete noob at ease!
