Customer reviews
Everyone was super friendly and they all knew the answers to all our questions! It was a super easy, fast process! And fast install! We love our new kicks on our truck and have confidence in them! The coverage is amazing!! We won't have to worry about dishing out thousands of dollars for tires anytime soon, even if something happens to them! It's not a big deal but the only thing that surprised me was (and I must've understood wrong) was to see my old tires in the back when we got the truck back, I was under the assumption that the disposal was in the cost price. But definitely not a big deal. I would recommend RNR especially if you don't have that kind of pocket money because new kicks are EXPENSIVE these days lol Thank you RNR!
I went here broke and in need of tires ! There was no question about my credit. I was like a handshake deal . I went in filled out my paperwork and 30 minutes later I was driving home . Theses were the nicest people I have met in this business. I have had tires from other places that were twice the money . I can’t say enough good things about the staff and they were polite and made me understand what I was buying . I indeed have 120 days with no interest . I paid them off a little early and I am sure that didn’t even matter . I sent my other half there and he had the exact same experience as I did . We both have 2 sets of brand new tires all paid off with out one phone call about money . All they wanted to know if I was happy and I still am . This is a little late getting posted but I would go back again . If you’re short on money for a few minutes or need 120 days to pay this is the place to go . 5 stars !
Waste of time and money! I got 4 “new” tires from these guys about a year ago. The tires I got are about 125$ each. I ended up paying about 1,600$ for 4 cheap all seasons.told me it would be interest free if I paid it on time which I did and I still paid about 500 in interest. One of the corny tough guys put on a defective tire, couldn’t figure out my wobble for the longest time come to find out it’s been the tire this whole time. Would never go back and don’t recommend I recommend turning this business into the BBB! Terrible!
The service department got me right in within ten minutes of calling for an appointment. They patched my tire within minutes. And at a most reasonable cost. Thank you again, would recommend 10:10 times.
Had an amazing experience at RNR Tires! The team was professional, welcoming, and didn’t try to pressure me into things I didn't need. A huge thanks to Hector for walking me through the payment options and getting my vehicle back on the road so quickly. Highly recommend this location! Plenty of free parking on site! Clean waiting area. Bought all new tires with installation. Several locations next door for convenient meals and relaxation.
