I was surprised to find my car with a completely flat tire today. Once we got the spare on, I drove over to RNR hoping they could fit me in. They were kind, courteous and took me in immediately. I was in & out in 15 minutes max. And they didn't charge me!!!! Highly recommend!

What a great local business! I’ve had 2 different tire repairs at RNR Tire express in the last 2 months. Of course a flat tire is unexpected, I was able to drop my vehicle off with no notification early morning hours. RNR had it ready for me to pick up with no inconvenience to my schedule. Another tire had a slow leak, I waited for it to be repaired and they were done within the half hour. Pricing is incredibly reasonable. Thanks so much for making the inconvenience of a vehicle repair super easy.

This is not a place I'd recommend, but perhaps everyone's experience is different. I typically write out a note the day before I take my car to get services, to give better communication to anyone working on my vehicle - especially if my appointment is in the morning and I forget things. I recently had new brakes, a new rim, and all 4 new tires installed by a different shop just a week before my appointment here (June 2026). I knew I needed an alignment after those services, so I came to RNR because they had great reviews. I had recently upgraded to tires with a higher load and speed rating (from 91V to 94W) and wasn't sure if I should increase the PSI or not. Regardless, I knew that the pressure wasn't set correctly from the shop I got the tires installed and was too high (at nearly 50). Recommended PSI for OEM 91 tires on my VW Jetta is 36. As usual, I left my note for RNR on my dash which explained the brakes, tires, and 1 rim were just replaced. I also wrote that the PSI should be lowered and set to 42. I also politely stated that I just replaced my cabin filter, in case it's procedure for the shop to check it - to not waste anyone's time. It wasn't until after the work was performed that the service advisor brought my keys to me and stated that he assumed the note was not for them. I find it strange that it's obvious they saw and possibly read part of the note, because he mentioned the 42 PSI. I found it very surprising that the shop would assume because I just had new tires installed at another shop that the PSI would have already been set. Regardless, if there were questions, why would those concerns not be clarified with me before the work was performed? And even if not, why would the PSI not be set to the recommended pressure per the door jam, as the service advisor stated to me? He ran back out to my car to confirm that "he was right" that it should be at 36 - even after I told him these were not 91 tires per the manufacturer. After this appointment, I verified with multiple shops, experts, and websites to confirm that the new recommended PSI is 38, because the load index was increased from 91 to 94. Although my 42 PSI may have been too high, it's funny how condescending the shop was about explicitly attempting to educate me with incorrect information.

I hate leaving reviews, but I just want to tell you about my experience. Gave me a reasonable deal on tires, was happy. Two weeks later caught the spring cleanin feelin and I’ll tell you I am happy I did. One lug was completely loose on the wheel just hanging on what thought was a just thread. Nope, stud completely stripped to nothing. Called them they told me they told me about it and they just put that lug on for aesthetics. Like bruh what? Just that’s all I need to never comeback. Hope no else has this experience and everything goes well because we really don’t need lugs flying off and cracking windshields.
