Worse place to get rims/warranty. It’s been months and I still haven’t gotten my rim like promised. Damaged one of the rims and was told I can get it replaced free with the warranty that the rims came with when I first bought it. Said they were coming out of the country and I completely understand they take a while but damn it’s been over 6 months and STILL waiting. Not only that these guys sure like to give the run around. Called plenty of times and were told the same thing repeatedly. Was even told I’d get a call back. Never did. Funny, even as I write this I’m still waiting for this guy to “look up my account” 40 mins in and still waiting. If you’re reading this I highly recommend getting rims anywhere else but RNR tires
Waited an hour and 30 minutes just for them to tell me they didn’t have my rim size. When I called them before hand they said they did. Then one of the guys working on my car decided to kick my car for whatever reason. Waited for nothing. Even at that the people working weren’t really working they were messing around. Highly DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE!!!
DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE Went here to look at tires and the manager “frank” told me that he has 4 used tires, 2 good and 2 not so good. That I can buy for $900 in payments, he said that after 2 months I can have 2 tires for the back ones that were the not so good ones. A couple days after the 2nd month a tire blew out bc of dry rot. I went in and he told me he NEVER made that deal with me and I asked for the payment paper and it said I owed 3k (for 4 USED tire.) when we agreed to 900. He then said he could fix it but not give me the tires. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Spent all day here for them not to give me nothing and find out I was getting scammed. I have receipts and the agreement paper with me
Waited for 15 minutes to be seen on Saturday. Was not told hardly any information unless I asked and pryed. Ordered tires. Was told they'll be in on Monday. Tried calling, their phone is messed up and I couldn't get thru, I have to be transferred from the phone number i call when I google rnr clovis nm tires. Then it hangs up on the transfer. Come up on Tuesday, still not here. Service is like speaking to a depressed teenager. Went to discount tire same day as this almost wasted of a day, and boom, faster service, competitive pricing, tires in stock with 5 choices, and just way better service. And not some grown man moping like a depressed teenager. Lost our service and we wont be back again. Service has changed from what it used to be when we had our old car.
Frank and his team were amazing today getting us road trip ready. He found a great solution to get us in something so we can feel safe on the road. Everyone was so respectful and the shop was clean!
