Customer reviews
I would NOT recommend RNR Tire Express. I feel like they overcharge customers, and when there is actually an issue with the tires, they don’t want to take responsibility or fix the problem. When you’re paying as much as they charge for tires and their services, you should be able to expect the company to stand behind what they sell. Instead, when I had an issue with the tires, getting the problem taken care of was extremely frustrating and I felt like I was getting the runaround instead of a solution. For the amount of money they charge, the customer service and support should be much better. I would recommend that anyone considering RNR carefully read the agreement, understand exactly what they are being charged for, and ask what is actually covered if something goes wrong with the tires. I personally would not do business with RNR again
AVOID THIS PLACE! Unbelievable lack of common sense, zero regard for safety, and absolute highway robbery prices. I came to RNR Tire Express on 27th Street because my tire was in critical condition—the metal wires were literally showing through the tread. I was running late, stressed, and just needed to get a safe tire put on my car as fast as possible. In my rush to get there safely, I didn't realize I had forgotten my driver's license. I had the payment ready to go. I even offered a completely logical solution: "Take my money, put the new tire on my car so it's safe, and I will have someone drive over to pick me up, get my license, and bring it back before I ever drive the car off your lot I have done business with numerous tire shops car places whatever not once has a shop ever required my driver's license before they fixed my car."and make sure you smell your car for cigarette smoke when you get into it because I seen one of their workers pulling a car into the garage and smoking a cigarette in it and I know it was a customer's car because it was too nice for the way this dude look But apparently, basic problem-solving and customer safety aren't in their training manual. They flat-out refused to help me without having the physical ID in hand right that second. Instead of helping a customer get a dangerous vehicle off the road, they forced me to turn around and drive a half-hour back home with metal wires showing out of my tire. If that tire had blown on the drive back and caused an accident, it would have been on them. They do not care about your safety—only their rigid, ridiculous bureaucratic policies. The silver lining? On my stressful drive back, I ended up stopping at Tire Depot (also right there on 27th Street). Not only did they treat me like a human being, but their price for the tire was literally half of what RNR was trying to charge me. RNR has zero customer service, zero flexibility, zero care for basic road safety, and their prices are an absolute rip-off. Do yourself a favor and save your time, your money, and your safety: bypass RNR entirely and go straight to Tire Depot.
I got all four new tires zero money down and an alignment and they did really great. They explained everything to me and language that I could understand not knowing a whole lot about cars. They explained all of the payment options to me and told me that if I ever needed any more help with like rotations or balancing that I can come back anytime they’re very helpful and friendly and they got it done in a quick amount of time. I would recommend going there for all your tire needs. Also Charles did a great job on my alignment super fast thank you very much.
Pretty happy with my Rim and Tire setup I got from RNR. Rachael was super helpful helping me decide which rims I want to go with and very communicative when my tires were ready to be put on. There was a little miscommunication about my old spacers needing to be removed. Charles was quick to resolve the issue and get me on the road. All and all very impressed with the level of service I received and will be a repeat customer!
I called RNR Because I was having trouble finding anywhere that could put new tires on my specialty Rims. They not only got me in there faster than expected, but I was able to get a new set of rims and tires put on very fast. The customer service was amazing and I am now a forever customer. Thank you! I am one happy man over here.
