Customer reviews
Best service around. I just purchased a vehicle with severely cupped tires in the front and had a long drive home. Called and answered right away. Said to come down and they will squeeze me in right away. Within 10 15 mins they had my tires rotated and I was back on the road. Was dirt cheap too and well worth the stop.
They were really nice! I needed new tires, because I got a hole in mine. They were kind enough to give me a tire, so I could get my car the their establishment. Their employee, Sebastian was very helpful and extremely kind. He explained everything to me thoroughly and helped me to understand everything. Best place for vehicle repairs!!! 100% recommend
I had an excellent experience with rnr so far. The guys in the front were great people and definitely helped me a lot getting my tires i desperately needed. Brian howell even paid to get me started which is awesome and he didnt have to do that. Sebastian Martin knows a ton about tires and what will or wont work on your specific ride. They definitely took care of me and the guys in the shop are ridiculously fast. I mean fast. Ive never had an alignment get done so fast and easy. If you're in a pinch or not I would recommend stopping by and speaking with these guys at the least. I think you'll be glad you did.
Sebastian Martin is who did my sale. He was amazing and so helpful and understanding even on the phone when I called to get started. I would totally recommend R&R tire express they definitely helped me when I needed them. Thank you for everything Sebastian and R&R.
I had a low tire light so I added air to my tires, especially the back driver tire. Two days later my light comes back on and it's a Saturday. We live in West Plains and let me tell you, there is NO auto shops open on a Saturday. I remembered RNR Tire Express and was pretty sure they would be open. I drove down Porter and to my delight they were. OPEN!!! I went in and they let me know they could squeeze me. Now I did have to wait a while BUT they provide chargers for your phone, TV, complimentary coffee & water. They even offer complimentary HULU, Disney+ and ESPN on your phone. Chris worked on my vehicle and low and behold there was an enormous nail it. He was able to patch it and get me back on the road! He was polite and nice and very excited when I told him I would do a Google review. I highly recommend using this store. The entire staff was friendly and welcoming. The best part was it was FREE!!! They did not charge me to patch my tire. What a treat! Thanks RNR! I will be back.
