Customer reviews
Overall, I had a great experience I was in and out in about 30 minutes with all four brand new tires. The whole team was amazing. Arien, Lexi, Trey … and let’s not forget to mention Steve he went above and beyond for me!!!!!
Very professional and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. I love my new truck tires. The value of tires on payments and all the maintenance to keep my tires lasting me. The value is worth it when you think about what it takes to properly care for tires. Rotating truck tires is not easy, doing alignments to keep tire wear at a minimum and flat repair and roadside assistance. All of that means a whole lot to me! Thank you Steven for EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE AND YOUR KNOWLEDGE OF TIRES RECOMMENDING AN AWESOME SET OF TIRES!!!!! I APPRECIATE YOU ALL! I TOTALLY RECOMMEND RNR EXPRESS ON NORTH GLENSTONE IN SPRINGFIELD MO.
Great place to get your tires and rims. These guys that is here on Glenstone here in Springfield Mo are very excellent. I would recommend them to anyone. They treat you like a person not like a payment. Thank you Laura, Steven, Hunter,Arien, Lexie, Dekota, Trey. You all are doing great.
Steven and Trey explained everything to me. I appreciate the no high pressure sales attitude. Steven even got me a better deal than expected. If you need tires and wheels definitely come see them at RNR on N Glenstone.
Outstanding experience at RNR Tire Express at the Glenstone location. I had a slow leak caused by corrosion on the wheel, and they diagnosed it immediately and fixed it the right way. Laura, the store manager, was great! Stephen and Trey were very helpful as well. The whole process was quick and straightforward, and it’s clear they take pride in doing quality work. It’s hard to find shops that truly look out for their customers, but this is one of them. I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend RNR to anyone needing tire work done right.
