Always a pleasure visiting R&R tire. They've got the best deals on rims and tires whenever you need a fix right then and there, or if you are just wanting an upgrade or to treat yourself. They have flexible payment options and are wonderful to work with. I'd recommend a visit if you’re ever in need, they can get you taken care of. All of the staff are outgoing and friendly. They got me what I needed right when I needed it. 5 stars for sure!
Avoid at all costs. Told me multiple times to buy my tires elsewhere because they don't stock my size, made me sign a liability form to bring them in, then denied they ever do that when I showed up. Wasted my time and money. When I got understandably upset, staff threatened to call the police instead of trying to fix their mistake. Zero accountability. Owner - thank you for confirming what happened. Your response says your team has to follow policy "regardless of what may have been communicated or permitted during a previous interaction." That's exactly my complaint. I was told MULTIPLE times to buy outside tires, and I was made to sign a liability agreement specifically so you could install customer-supplied tires. I did exactly what your employees told me to do. If policy changed, the professional thing to do is honor what you already told a customer, or at least apologize and explain when it changed. Not tell me you "don't do that and have never done that" when I have signed paperwork that says otherwise. I was frustrated when I arrived, I will own that. I was cussing about the situation, not at your employees personally. I did not yell, I did not threaten anyone, and I was willing to listen. Calling a frustrated customer "threatening and abusive" and threatening to call law enforcement instead of looking into the miscommunication your team caused is not "maintaining a safe environment" - it's dismissing a customer you put in a bad spot. You standing behind that decision tells future customers everything they need to know.

Bradly I believe his name was but anyways, he did a great job with helping us get tires and rims for our vehicle. He made it a very quit and easy process. He was very nice and respectful. He even cleaned up my child’s mess with no complaints. I definitely recommend going to RNR for your vehicle needs!
Found out about them, was in and out fairly quick. Good service, cool guys, easy to work with. You see the before and after in the pictures. The wheels and tires are amazing. Love the same day service. Would recommend!
