Customer reviews
Worst place ever after buying the tires and paying them off with warranty they did not want to help me out. I paid extra and still spoke to the supervisor and said I did not have extended warranty. I have papers and everything if you buy make sure you read contract correctly when they want their money they charge you quick when you need assistance they turn around on you. Bad tire and they were not held responsible worst place price high
Thank you RNR tire express in Pascagoula!! Go see Jay Steele he will make sure you are taken care of! Back on the road again!
RNR is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I won't go anywhere else! Staff is ALWAYS on point! Very Friendly & Attentive! Did I mention QUICK! Could be best of both worlds if ya'll did motorcycle tires too 😉 Thank You Guys for all you do!!! See ya when I need more tires!
The staff were very friendly, I was greeting with a warm hello and welcome to RNR. Front counter agent offered me coffee and water. No long wait times, store was very clean. I will definitely be back again.
I was pretty happy with RnR. BUT 2 weeks ago I was informed that all I had left was 1 more payment. Then suddenly today I get a notification that I still owe. I called to get it cleared up. They informed me that I still had a little over 1 payment still remaining. Confused on why I was supposed to have been done last week to now owing more? Plus I have one of the tires that keep going flat. I can't make it over an hour to that location. No other location will help. If in dire need I see getting tires there. If not Don't. They will keep tacking on more to what you owe.
