Do not by any means necessary do business with this company the manager “Drew” will charge you $300 under a every two week contract under your husbands debit card whom did not give him permission to charge his card! He did not give verbal or written consent for his card to be charged by Drew but we called Drew to ask for him to refund it and he quote says “ I’m not refunding this” and hangs up in our faces! My husband is an older man and does not have a written contract with RNR tires I do! You cannot charge someone’s card who does not have a contract with you over and over and over again that is considered fraud and is highly illegal! This company is breaking every better business bureau law out there and their customer service is terrible! I will provide photos so the world can see what this company is all about. And on the phone with me and my husband Drew admitted that the company shouldn’t be charging my husbands card at ALL because he does NOT have a contract with them and still said I’m not refunding this and hangs up on our faces! I have reported these people to the attorney general the BBB and for fraud do not do business with them! I will show yall exactly what I’m talking about! Just so everyone is aware charging an individuals card who does not have a contract with you or does not give you written or verbal consent is big time fraud and this company can have serious legal consequences brought against them that we plan on perusing. But according to Drew he is not refunding the money I hope he is proud of hurting a older man who is currently extremely sick with SEPSIS in the hospital! Great job Drew good customer service! In these photos I am providing is to show what they have done over the last two months trying to charge his charge this is fraud all day everyday all day long.
Man look if you need tires just buy a brand new one each week and by the month you will have a brand new set. I have been paying these people for a year. A YEAR!!!!! Called to see my payoff and it’s still about 1500-1600 dollars. I’ve already giving these people over 2500 hundred dollars. 200 in late fees. Can’t believe I still owe 1500. They prey on broke people and hope you ride it out so the squeeze every last drop of money from your pockets. Yea 20 down is nice but long term you’re buying like 3-4 full sets of tires. With your payments every 2 weeks just buy a new tire. The 6 months same as cash is still higher than normal value. I didn’t get this for myself. Someone did and I found out how much they was about 10 months in. The guy who comes to your house is rude as hell. No people skills at all. You coming to my house and acting rude is a way to get your jaw slapped. After I’ve already paid 2500 plus into these tires and y’all wanna come get them and act like way over 7 days? Don’t be to desperate to let these people leech you over a few years for not even named brand tires like Michelin and terra grapler. Terra grapplers are some of the best tires imo and they was a little over a grand for a full set. Also if you are a day late they calling. If you around 2-4 days late they wanted to take the tires. Save yourselves the headache

Upon arriving very clean business & professional group. Nicely attended to very organized shop work with you on the pricing. They treat you with kindness very welcoming, very courteous, very respectful. They said I had a 45 min wait but taken care of it right away. I’m guessing they give a longer estimation in time in case if it’s needed, and that’s is professional versus giving less time and making you wait longer. Ask for Brandon.
I had a good experience at RnR the first girl Jax I talked to was super nice and helpful! The second lady was kinda rude! She was smacking on gum the whole time she was talking to me. She was also talking to me like I was an idiot when explaining the paper work to me. Other than that everything was really fast and great customer service!
