Customer reviews
I think it is almost 10 years now, so just amazing that they keep up the quality and service. Actually kind of incredible these days. I went there on a whim with my Honda back in the 2010s and EVERY time I go there it quick, clean, friendly and fairly priced. There are only a few places I can think of that keep my loyalty like this so just a big thank you to Tire Mall in Lincoln Park, please continue to do what you have done, it is so much easier when I have any tire issues to know exactly where I need to go.
Just left the store and I'm shocked at their pricing for mounting and balancing tires. They tried to charge $160 to mount 4 20 inch tires. ABSOLUTE RIP OFF. There are 2 tire shops right down the street called Tire Traxx and Park Tire that charge $25 each for the same job. I will tell everyone I know to avoid this place because they are gouging for tire installation.
Tire Mall is the best tire shop in Michigan! I frequently bring five of my work vehicles here for maintenance. Brandon and his team are honest and straightforward, and I always recommend this place to customers.
Always friendly, reliable, and trustworthy. Issac went above and beyond to help me out and I truly appreciate it. I won't go anywhere else!
So while I was getting my incredible rims and tires, I couldn’t help but hear the operator/manager with a client who thought they had a bad wheel bearing because it made weird feeling in the steering wheel and made a squealing. The manger came back after 15 minutes or so and said that he moved all steering components and spun all the wheels while listening with a tool that amplifies the sound based on point of contact with said device. He said the all the steering components were good and no bearing grind or noise was heard other than the normal brake noises. Took out for a road test and verified the noise. Replaced the absolutely bald front tires and problem was tested again and no noises heard. The client was a female and she was notably happy and relieved that she didn’t get suckered into buying bearings that were not needed. How many shops would have gone along and had a huge unnecessary bill to the customer?? He said that he refuses to be underhanded and to be honest and straight forward. So now my situation. My Toyota required bigger or smaller rims in order to get around 19” rims which have a small selection. I liked the rims that were 20”. The lug nuts only gripped about 3 thread and he said that would be unsafe so he ended up enlarging the holes, assuring me that it would be safe due to rim have enough metal. Toyota uses a lug nut that apparently isn’t standard. Needless to say he had to go get lug nuts that would fit the enlarged holes. All without increasing the price. Honesty and polite. People you got to give these people a chance. Belle tire has tried to rip me off by saying I needed parts that had already been changed 2 days before, hmmmmmmmm, yeah let that sink in. I have found my new brake and tire shop for all 4 of my vehicles. Hard to find these qualities. Check out the new look, awesome and getting lots of questions from the minivan people!! lol
