Stopped by after a flat with an hour left of closing. These guys were going to fix my flat without charge. Found a hole in the sidewall, so not repairable. Able to get new tires out on despite near closing time and got me all squared away so I could get back home. .top notch service.
The employees are fantastic. Very helpful and knowledgeable with the products and services. The ability to purchase tires on a payment plan is very helpful especially when you are on a fixed income. I personally recommend RnR for all your tire needs
All my payments were made on time. When I asked for a final bill of sale I was told "we" don't do that, they just stop pulling payments out, no email, no paper work. I clearly didn't believe the manager and that's poor business, they've taken out 4 extra payments of $55, I was also told I would be refunded. Nope nothing. The district manager said I was good, yet still they take out payments. I was told AI was new that's why...you've got to be kidding if you think I buy that excuse. Never again. I'm not done with this matter. Rob Jankord said I was good, apparently not. there is no way to contact anyone but the place itself just to be ran around in circles.
Opal at RNR Tire Express was absolutely wonderful! She was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to make the whole process easy and stress-free. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I was taken care of. Highly recommend asking for Opal if you call for anything!
Initially chose this place because it was close and convenient. I have never rented to own but I have purchased tires before. From the moment I walked it I felt welcome and the place is clean and inviting. The Manager was very helpful and informative. He explained payment plans easily enough for a first time rent to owner. I walked away with new tires, money still in my wallet and a new set of people I can count on if I or anyone I know needs quality, no run around, no extra trash fees, good set of tires or rims. #newforevercustomer
