Customer reviews
The staff in Muskegon is absolutely amazing!!!!! Truly work with you to get you going with a variety of budgets. Got 4 tires Tuesday, had a metal piece in it Thursday, was fixed and going again Saturday. Great people working here. Definitely recommend.
extremely nice and extremely helpful!! they had a lot going on that day and still found time to fit me in they were extremely efficient and got me out very fast. I highly recommend this place!!
Stopped in for a tire patch and had a really good experience. They fixed the tire quickly, the staff was professional and helpful, and the price was reasonable. I appreciated how fast they got me back on the road. Would definitely come back again if I need tire service.
I was out of town at a conference when my daughter sent me a picture of her tire—cords were showing and it was completely unsafe to drive. Since it was a Saturday, this was one of the only places open, so I sent her there out of necessity, not choice. They completed the tire work, but everything fell apart when it came time to pay. The staff had absolutely no idea how to process a simple credit card payment over the phone. What should have taken 2 minutes turned into nearly an hour of confusion, incompetence, and wasted time. But that wasn’t even the worst part. After the payment finally went through—and after I provided proof of payment—they REFUSED to give my daughter her keys back because they “couldn’t figure out their computer system.” Let that sink in: a fully paid customer was essentially held hostage because the staff didn’t know how to operate their own system. At that point, we had no choice but to call the police just to get her vehicle released. As someone who runs a business, I cannot even begin to understand how an operation can function at this level of disorganization and incompetence. This wasn’t just poor service—this was a complete breakdown of basic business operations and customer trust. I will never return, and I strongly advise others to avoid this location at all costs. If something as simple as paying for a service turns into a situation requiring police involvement, that should tell you everything you need to know.
Absolutely in love with the new tires! These guys never disappoint. Great pricing and definitely willing to work with any budget. John was a great help as well! Anyone who needs tires should definitely check out RNR. Was able to get tires same day!
