Never do business with them. I got 4 new tires and said I wanted the payments so it was paid off within the 120 days. Set up automatic payments which every payment was made. Called a month before the end and was told the last payment date and since the payments were automatic figured it was all set. Payments kept coming out after the 120 days and had to call multiple times to see why and because my automatic payment was taken 1 day after 120 days it forfeited the 120 price and now instead of $900 I’m paying over $2000. If I don’t pay it gets repoed. Worst service and will never ever come back and will discourage everyone to do business with them.
I went to Borgman Mazda down the street for a simple request of putting air in my tires. The service writer there treated me like I was a huge inconvenience and said it would be at least 30 minutes before he could find someone to do that. I drove down the street for a couple miles and pulled in here. The service was exceptional! I was immediately greeted and treated with respect. The communication was excellent and they took my car back immediately. Super impressive and you have my future business as well! Wyoming is lucky to have you!
Discount blew my tire out trying to install it and would not reimburse me because I didn’t purchase it from them, only three my spare on. Told me nothing they could do and they weren’t able to service the tire. Called RnR and carmen answered off the second ring happy to help not only over the phone but when i got here, after hearing my issues, offered to just help me out. The tech Trent looked at my tires and said he could’ve installed this blindfolded half asleep, Love the energy here awesome people and definitely more person to person oriented than being corporate trained. 10/10 recommend and will be stopping here after this from now on
Customer Service truly is something Important. Having team members that work towards that good customer service goes such a long way! I would like to give a shout out “Thank you” to Carmen! Much appreciated her taking my phone call as I unfortunately, needed assistance from the company. Instead of her giving me every reason in the book as to why they could not help me. Carmen, went above and beyond to find a solution for me as there is quite a distance from where I am at to my nearest RNR tire express location. For any customer that is down on a tire of course travel would be a challenge. You got to be sympathetic and understanding and that is how she treated me. This is my second time doing business with the company and my first time having to ask to use warranty. Again, thank you for standing by and honoring warranty and finding a resolve for my situation.
Super shady service. This was actually our 2nd time doing business with them, the first time, they "accidentally" charged my fiance $65 twice, which we did not care about and continued to pay them $300 for two tires. We came back some months later actually to do more business with them, we needed 4 new tires and rims, got approved for the finance, and when we decided to just pay the money outright instead, they attempted to get us to pay the money up front. Once we said we didnt want to pay until the services were done, they proceeded to take 4 more hours, keep us there until after close, and when we asked for a time frame for when it would be done (we had already been there since 10 am with a toddler waiting, its almost 7 pm by this point), they told us we "never paid them" for the first tires months ago and they were putting ours back on and asking us to leave. They proceeded to put our tire back on like this and asked us to leave after we were about to still give them $3000 and do business with them after they had already stolen from us the first time. Just be aware of their shady business, discount tire is honestly way better to give business to.
