RNR Tire Express

I had the absolute worst experience with RnR tire express Battle Creek, Michigan. I purchased Tires before I left. The quote was for $650 After I agreed, they changed the price to $766. I talked with the Manager and because of the price difference, he came up with an agreement For me to pay $450 at once to close out the account this was after they had taken over $100 Weekly out off my card on file. Well, I held up with my End of the deal and paid the $450 At once thinking that the account will be closed out. They keep bothering me calling me texting me saying I still owe money when I don’t They keep trying to take money out of my account as well as sending me messages That they may be coming to get the tires, which is unacceptable. It is ridiculous that a store manager will say one thing wow someone above him or in a higher tier of the company complains that the agreement was for not I will never ever shop there again or ever deal with them again and I advise Everyone against dealing with them they do not respect. The customer is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had with the store like this do not purchase from these cheating people the company is horrible.

I did not end up purchasing a tire from R & R Tire in Battle Creek, but I did look into their financing options. I was quoted more than $800 for a single tire through their payment plan, which seemed extremely high. After comparing prices with Belle Tire and Discount Tire, I found the same tire for roughly half that cost. While financing may be convenient for some customers, it is important to carefully review the total amount you will be paying. I was also disappointed with the customer service. The staff came across as unfriendly and, at times, disrespectful. Their small talk and overall attitude felt unprofessional and did not reflect the level of courtesy I would expect from a business trying to earn new customers. Based on my experience, I would strongly recommend comparing prices and financing terms with other tire shops before making a decision.

Just an absolute mess from the start. Ordered the wrong size tires twice. Had to wait weeks to get the correct tires finally put on. Got set up with the 120 days same as cash. Made every payment on time but they continued to charge my card after everything was paid off. Took 2 months of calling and going into the store for them to finally refund me the extra $400 they charged me just for them to keep charging my card again after. They finally closed my account and the charges have stoped but they keep running circles around refunded me the extra charges this time around. Between both times I’m going on 4 months of trying to get the money they stole from me back. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE

I had an amazing experience at RNR Tire Express! From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and ready to help. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. They made the entire process easy and stress-free. I came in needing new tires and a wheel alignment, and they took the time to explain everything clearly before starting the work. I never felt pressured or confused about what was being done. They were honest, knowledgeable, and very efficient. The price was great, especially for the quality of service I received. My car drives so much smoother now, and I feel a lot safer on the road knowing everything was done right. If you’re in Battle Creek and need tires, wheel alignment, or any tire services, I definitely recommend checking them out. They truly care about their customers and do excellent work. I will absolutely be coming back here again in the future. Highly recommend this place! 🚗⭐

Working with Darryl, he was amazing with making sure I got taken care of. Met my needs, no more really stressing about traction!! Hes got a great sense of humor, and a great guy to talk to. Definitely recommend others to him especially when you have anxiety talking with others.
