Customer reviews
I was traveling from out of town and my car started driving really bad. It felt unsafe to keep driving so I stopped at RNR and they took me right away. They were able to get me taken care of right away and super helpful. I specifically dealt with Miste, Alex, Charlie, and Twin who all went above and beyond to help us. I’m super grateful for them and their help today. Would recommend them 100%!!
Misty was absolutely amazing helping me get tires after a tragic shredding on the highway heading back to Bossier. The whole staff was helpful and friendly, making sure I could get what I needed to get home. They even offered to call the Bossier store to set up an alignment since their machine wasn’t working properly. Highly recommend!
I just had the best experience. So I was in the market to buy some meals and went online and they were a lot of companies trying to sell me tires that I didn’t buy. I ended up at RUSTON tire R&R and the people there were friendly and helped me with no problem. Gave me a better deal $1000 cheaper for the room with a better note. Miste was awesome. She made sure I was aware of all the red tape. ( no surprises). She was helpful in making a proper selection and mindful of my expenses during this transaction. Thank you so much miste you’re the best!!!!!!;):):):) Thank you thank you so much
If you want good customer service and someone who is patient and does her best to work with you then ask for Miste…. She is so sweet and very patient which a lot workers lack now a days… thank you Miste and I definitely will be recommending you to others!
Amazing customer service with a smile. Miste answered all of my questions and was thorough in making sure I was happy with my selections. While waiting on tires and alignment I have observed some of the best customer care ive ever heard from Alex. Always taking care of the customer one after another without missing a beat. Highly recommend
