Customer reviews
Approximately 3 weeks or so I think around Father’s Day. I called RNR EXPRESS 703 THOMAS ROAD in WEST MONROE. I spoke with the sales rep Ty which was very much courteous, knowledgeable, informative. Later, that same day I drove from Monroe to their place of establishment. After a face to face conversation, I decided to purchase 4 tires. However, I was taken away for another matter to handle.
Ty was very helpful and attentive. I started out texting him after I requested a quote about a month prior to me actually being ready to start the process and he checked in from time to time on my status. He has great customer service. I don't remember the guy's name that did the final steps for the paperwork but he was both professional and easygoing and it was appreciated.
A must visit these guys are the best especially Ty hes the man thewill go above and beyond to get you what you need folks you have to go visit them and tell them Tammy Kelley sent you. You will no regret it
First Time Last Time Deal with these ppl the shop damaged my $3900 rim trying to repair a nail the was in my tire I talk to the manager that call me stupid ppl in the processing that he will handle my wheel when I was upset about my rim the shop damaged there was no paperwork to give me standard. That issue will be resolved or email. West Monroe,La
When I say that these guys deserve and worked for these 5 stars, they definitely did. From the time I walked in the store they all were hands on and knowledgeable about their product. At first I wanted 18 in rims but it changed do to another situation. They notified me and the next move they made was better than the last. Now I’m sitting on 20s black on black. Thank you guys so much for being professional and trustworthy. Y’all come vibe with these guys if you’re looking for new tires and rims. I promise you won’t regret it.
