Customer reviews
The staff was Awesome! Mrs Nicole and Ms Ashley or very nice and down to earth people! They were fast and efficient! I’ll recommend anyone to go to the Lafayette store on Moss st🥰🥰🥰
We had a wonderful experience at RNR Tire Express! From the moment we walked in, the customer service was absolutely amazing. The staff was friendly, professional, patient, and truly went above and beyond to help us. During our visit, we unexpectedly ran out of power, but instead of turning us away or making us feel like an inconvenience, the team did everything they could to accommodate us and make sure we were taken care of. That level of kindness and dedication to their customers is hard to find these days. Thank you to everyone at RNR Tire Express for making what could have been a stressful situation into such a positive experience. We truly appreciate your outstanding service and highly recommend RNR Tire Express to anyone looking for great tires and even better customer care!
I had a great experience getting my new tires through the lease program. The entire process was easy, and everyone was friendly and professional. A special thank you to Nicole for taking such good care of me. She was patient, helpful, answered all my questions, and made sure I understood everything. Customer service like hers makes all the difference. I’m very happy with my new tires and would definitely recommend RNR Tire Express to anyone looking for quality service and tire options!
Amazing and quick service. Constantly checking on us when we seemed stressed. Offered snacks and coffee / water. Manager was walking around and helping out instead of just sitting at his computer. Loved my experience and would highly recommend. Also shoutout to Nicole Mirza, first face you see when you walk in and her personality is out of this world!
R&R was one of the best tire places we’ve been to, very friendly atmosphere and very helpful team members, great prices, and great product! They helped us with everything we needed and answered any questions we had! Very affordable, and they do even offer in home financing, no credit check! I’d like to shine the spotlight on two employees there , Shane and the shop former Chris. A must if you’re in need of tires, rims, and many more things. We purchased new tires, got a screw stuck in one and the handled it for us down to if we needed to have the truck towed here with the warranty it offers RSA! Then we ended up with a new set of rims because my husband been in the market for some and we wouldn’t want to have gotten them from anywhere else. Thank y’all so very much for all yall do. Y’all have a forever customer moving forward!
