First time ever writing a review for anything, but felt compelled. We were in town for a soccer tournament and had a nail in our tire. They were the only place able/willing to help on short notice. Very kind and accommodating staff, very clean facility that was more local barbershop feel than anything with people hanging out while their tires got fixed or replaced. Refused to accept payment saying they always remove nails for free. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I had a great experience at R&R Tire! Bryce was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. He took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I got exactly what I needed. Excellent customer service and a friendly attitude. I highly recommend R&R Tire, and if you get the chance, ask for Bryce!
Had a leaky valve stem. They replaced it for free since Im a return customer. Very good service and quick hassle free.
Would love to give this and honest review because I had high hopes. However had to (regrettably) refuse me service because I did not have a previously made account with them. This was for "insurance purposes." The ladies at the counter is not at fault, just the messenger. My question to the owner of the company is... how do you get "New Customers"? I am new to the area and have yet to find a good company for my car needs and this was a wasted opportunity. Edit - Owner replies stating they needed documentation however no such mention was made in the conversation. The conversation that was had was simple, quick, to the point, and had zero mentions of why beyond the words "insurance purposes." No attempt on making a new account was made.
so I had a flat tire and called AAA to my home they put the donut on but could not get a lug nut on so RNR was right down the road from me I drove down , I was expecting to probably pay to get my tire repaired and the donut off and other put back on and really did not know if the lug nut issue would be fixable with out going to Honda , well let me tell you these guys was able to get the lug nut on and then I asked how much I owed and I about fell over when they said nothing , now to this day I still cant belive it , yes I was raised in a day and time where shops did not charge to fix a flat but a few years ago I had a flat on another vehcle and took in to a well known company and was charged 25.00 . these guys are great , had me in and out and even welcomed my pup in with me . when time to purchase tires I will surely use these guys . Great service and I really wasn't expecting to pay nothing .If your in etown give these guys your business
