Customer reviews
I called the store at 5:15 nearest to me they told me they were backed up and couldn’t get me in and patched me over to their store on 5010 Broadway. Michelle answered said she could take my car. She looked up my tire and she said she was sending someone to the other store to get my tire and they would fix it that night!! Such great customer service I was 3 hours from home and had another 3 hours to go so they were a God send! Not only did they stay late they all were so sweet and nice to me!
Absolutely amazing service! Braxton went above and beyond with his kindness, patience, and outstanding customer service. He made us feel valued from start to finish, and his genuine character truly shines. Knowing he also takes time to give back to the community by helping clean up our neighborhood park speaks volumes about the person he is.A heartfelt thank you to Braxton and his General Manager for fostering such a positive, customer-focused experience. Employees like Braxton are a true reflection of great leadership. We truly appreciate everything you both do!
Went in to check on if my car was ready. It was not. They were very nice about it and even said they would stay late if need be to make sure it was done. They offered all of us waiting a bottle of water and apologized for being behind. The staff took care of customers as quickly as possible. This is the second time we have worked with them and I will recommend them anytime.
I was absolutely satisfied with the results, the service provided from the employees I associated with was great and they were very knowledgeable. They are the reason I would recommend everyone I know to come to your establishment. Very professional, prompt , and treated me with the utmost kindness, and respect . Any employer should be thankful to have such high quality employees working for them .
What an awesome experience. I’m in town for work & needed a new set of tires. So glad I found RNR. Skittles & Fruit Loops welcomed me in, showed me around, & answered all my questions before deciding on a set. Super fast & friendly service. They even had me home in time for tacos, cuz my wife eats everything when I’m out too long. Thanks again guys.
