I pulled up to RNR in need of a tire repair. I had rapid air lost due to a screw in my tire and had no clue if they would be able to even help me. They immediately got my vehicle in and the tire fixed. Everyone was friendly that I came in contact with. To top it off, I was blown away that the tire repair was free! If I could give 10 stars I would. I happy customer!
My husband ran over a piece of chain link fence so took it in to be replaced. They had to order the tire but it was in the next morning and got the new tire put on and was ready to go within an hour thank you Raul and Steven for your amazing work and making sure everything was done fast. We really can't say enough
These guys are hands down the best! I’m from Salt Lake City and on my way home my car broke down here in Topeka. Raul, Adan, and Derrick went out of their way to get me back on the road. I highly recommend RNR!!! Five Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
This was absolutely the best customer service I have ever, EVER experienced. I drive a Mercury with an odd wheel size, the gorgeous young lady with killer blue eyes literally tried every wheel on site until she found one that both fit my car and my style. The techs went out of their way to make me comfortable, even offering to buy my lunch. And again, the beautiful young lady helped me find the right financing. I left with a huge a smile, a crush, and some killer rims and tires. My car has never looked or driven better. Wish I had another car to take today! Thanks RNR Tire Express. I will be back. Update: I have had my rims and tires for some time now; they look just as good now as they did brand new. And as it will, life has happened and I missed a payment. Not only did RnR work with me, they were actually very helpful! They didn't demand payment, they asked me how long I needed. Is that crazy!? Thank you RnR! Thank You Courtney, (xhugsx)!
