Customer reviews
First time coming here and had amazing service! Originally came in for one tire but the rest desperately needed replaced. They told me about their amazing payment plan. A plus is they don’t judge me for contacting my dad and having them talk to him 🤣. Amazing people!!
Employees were amazing, kind and very helpful. Didn't feel pressured into getting something that I didnt need. Explained everything so I could understand. Plus you can watch your vehicle being worked on with the TV in the showroom.
My wife and I were driving to Hutchinson while driving we notice the monitor in the car showed a tire was losing pressure, I called RNR Tire Express in Hutchinson, we arrived and in about 20 minutes they came out and showed me a screw in the tire. They able to order a tire and have it in overnight, and because we couldn't leave our car, RNR provided us used tire to drive on and return the next day. The staff was extremely friendly and and went out of there way to help us, great and fast service. Thank you
Lucky Day! Friday afternoon before a holiday weekend and my front right tire took a huge screw to the dead center of the thread. I found RNR and they got me in right away. They took care of the big puncture and then told me it was free! What a deal, THANKS! The short time I was there I spent looking at all the wheels they have on display, amazing!
I just wanna say thank you to the whole staff that’s there they helped me out as best as possible to get my vehicle the right size tires at affordable payments, I wanna truly thank Sean the Shop Manager that’s there with the other shop staff that got my car in & out in a great timely matter, I also wanna thank the GM Lexi for making sure i truly understand the pricing & costs of what I’m actually paying.
