not great service. Staff didn’t treat me bad but very terrible service. I was getting 4 new wheels and tires totaling 3,560 dollars. They said they would have them in the next day if not same day because they are at a store an hour away. That got pushed to early the next week, then they never showed so it got pushed back again till the weekend and they said they guarantee me they will be in and apologized for the communication issue and offered a discount for this inconvenience. I took the offer up and took there word but today was the day i was supposed to get them for the 3rd time. I now am told they weren’t told again and they will get them as soon as possible. The order is getting canceled. if im spending almost 4 grand thats not fair or right. I called and they said they would call me back with an updated time today as well and i never received a call back, then didnt answer when i called the last 2 times “ i never spoke poorly to anyone”. Really wanted the wheels and tires but im not going to keep waiting when ive been pushed back 3 times now because people forgot or didn’t communicate.
We want to sincerely thank Zach, who went above and beyond to help us after several mishaps and misunderstandings throughout the process. From the moment Zach stepped in, he showed patience, professionalism, and genuine care in resolving our concerns. He took the time to listen, communicate clearly, and ensure every issue was handled thoroughly and efficiently. What started as a very frustrating experience was completely turned around because of his dedication and willingness to help. His exceptional customer service did not go unnoticed, and we are incredibly grateful for the positive impact he made !
I can't say enough great things about the RnR Tire team!! Had a flat, they beat the prices at another tires shop, for better tires (gold!). Then because my tires are special and unusual sizing (two different sets on front/back) they rush-ordered them in (other places were telling me at least 1 week). The GM, Krystle, was there onsite with the team, hands on, and was soooo helpful and personable through the whole experience. She runs a tight ship that goes the extra mile for her customers ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! Also - when one of the tire techs came through the door she was a 5'5 lady - I almost hollered, I LOVE to see women in roles that aren't standard. Of the 4 employees onsite while I was there, 3 of them were women. I love that lol. That alone, has made me a lifetime customer for all the vehicles in my household.
I had never heard of this tire place and my daughter went there, but there was a miscommunication with my daughter and I had to go into fix this, right when I went in the team that was at the desk. Savannah and Anthony were absolutely amazing. They fixed the problem and it was a financial issue, they redid the contract. To what my daughter thought was happening, I have never been there, but my business is going there. Also my mom is the one who referred my daughter. She goes there too. My day was completely ruined and it was the best experience for me with an auto shop. Then I had someone I believe from corporate call me his name was Brandy and just to make sure everything was OK the next day, which I totally appreciated. If anyone ever ask where to go for tires RNR is where I will send them because they got my business now too! Very understanding team and listened clearly to what had happened and Savannah right away said we will fix this for you without hesitation and just a very good experience.
⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️ I’m giving them more stars, they went above and beyond to get us new tires from a different store, this was after someone from corporate called us because he overheard our situation with living in our truck in the winter, and ended up getting us all 4 new tires financed and $0 down until payday in another almost 2 weeks! Crystal and Tyata (I think that’s how you spell it) was super amazing getting us our tires, I will refer them to anyone who needs new tires, also a shoutout to the other store manager coming all the way from Davenport to come help put the tires on and train the manager, all while staying open late on New Years Eve! Amazing place to do business! They even have resources posted for the community and a food drive that states “Give what you can, take what you need” “Serve not service” all around we are just super thankful for such an amazing business being among our community! Thank you RNR!! ❤️
