THE WORST COMPANY!!! please do not EVER get tired from RNR especially in terre haute!! we called several times to get an itemized receipt on what was left then the GM started dodging mine and my moms calls, refused to give us the amount left and then wanted to add an additional $400 onto us already paying $800 for what was supposed to be $400 tires. our car began shaking severely after our tires were put on, when we got our new tires after they decided to repo AND break into our car and take our original statements our car stopped all shaking!! ☺️ they continued to harass my fiance and refused statements though he was on the paperwork. told him they wanted nothing to do with him and told him they would take their time and refused to give us back OUR rims and lug nuts. cops were involved and they were so very rude and still refused service consistently harassing my fiance and father in law. would not recommend this place to anybody! absolute worse place and you can get 4 brand new all season tires at walmart for under $300 and they accept klarna 🩷
I had a great experience coming to RNR Tire. They done an amazing job and their communication was wonderful!!! Deanna and Izzy are very great people that know and do their jobs to the fullest!!!! John was also very kind. I would recommend this place to anyone and I mean anyone.
I’ve personally seen how hard Brylee works at RNR Tires, and she really does an amazing job. She’s friendly, professional, and truly cares about helping people. She takes the time to answer questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure you feel comfortable with your choices. Brylee is also a very hardworking and dedicated person, it really stands out and shows in the way she treats every single customer and handles her job. She always has a positive attitude, is kind and respectful, and goes the extra mile to make sure people leave satisfied. RNR Tires is lucky to have someone like her on their team.
Had a great experience. They match your first down payment on the tires, 4 months same as cash. Quick and friendly. I would Highly recommend RNR for good tires at a fair price, and last but Not least, Awesome customer service all while keeping the customers needs first
