Will never do business with RNR ever again. Everything is fine when they get what they want an con you into a payment plan but Everything is terrible when you want a tire fixed or replaced. Talked with Tiffany multiple times trying to get a tire replaced with milage warranty. She is always quick to jump off the phone if she not makin any money off you. I have tires with less then 5000 miles. I need one of them replaced with the milage warranty and all Tiffany can tell me is ill call you back after I talk with the "big wigs" why is she even a store manager if she cant fill out some paperwork. First time going in she tried her best to get me to buy a completely different tire with completely differnt tread pattern on a PAYMENT PLAN, I refused. She Then wanted to sell me a tire warranty to replace just one tire that was still gonna be completely different, when I brought up yeah I have no problem with paying the tire warranty but wanted all tires replaced so they all matched! Then once again I have to talk to the "big wigs" ill call you back. Its been 3 weeks and not one call back. If they would of did my right I had 2 other vehicles I was going to bring in, definitely not now. Tiffany should not be in the position she is in.
Traveling out of state and couldn't get my tire to air up. Stopped in with no notice hoping they would be able to help me out. I was aired up and on my way in less than 5 minutes. Every employee I was in contact with was courteous, friendly, and professional. Exceptional business!
No 24 hour roadside assistance and was not given a spline tool for our specific model if we got a flat tire at 9pm. Had to get my own roadside with my insurance and they did not have the correct spline. Will be returning everything! The tow truck driver had to pretty much damaged the lugs for the removal and his own tools as well! Crazy work!
Outstanding service ! Long story short I cracked a wheel on my way out of town and was stuck! Memorial Day weekend , tons of traffic and nothing open ! RnR was not only open and available, but two associates specifically stayed behind after closing to make sure I would be able to get back on the road asap ! I’d like to especially thank those two , Conner and Brock , for their outstanding dedication to the customer ! They got me out back on the road in a timely fashion without breaking my wallet 10/10 highly recommend! Thanks guys 💪💪💪
