A few years ago, I went to RNR Tire Express to get tires and unfortunately had a really bad experience. Fast forward about three years—I found myself needing tires again. I was honestly hesitant to come back because of what happened before, but I needed new tires and didn’t want to spend a huge amount out of pocket. When I called, Nikki answered the phone, and from the very beginning she was AMAZING. She took her time, explained everything clearly, answered every single one of my questions (and trust me, I had plenty 😂), and made sure I understood the entire process. She made me feel comfortable and genuinely cared about helping me, not just making a sale. I just want to give Nikki the recognition she deserves. She completely changed my opinion of the company and turned a bad past experience into a great one. I’m so glad she was the one who answered my call. Employees like her are hard to find, and she truly deserves a promotion! Thank you, Nikki, for your outstanding customer service you made all the difference.
I had great service with RNR today. After KIA of Muncie had my car for a few days and inspected my car for a problem in the rear end and ran test also claiming to have drove the car still telling me nothing was wrong that I only needed new tires. I took it to RNR as I was told only to find out that in fact I do have problems going on in the rear end of my car, the bushings are about gone . I in fact will be returning to KIA to prove them wrong and show them video. Thank you again RNR for all you help . Wonderful customer service.
I’m editing my review because after going to another shop that did my alignment because RNR couldn’t get the bolts loosened. I then found that they sold me a pair of wheels that had a small bend in the back side on the front passenger wheel. Not only that I went over there two different times to try and get the tpms sensors programmed to my car just to find out from this other shop that had to rebalance my wheels cause the car shook really bad, there are no sensors in my wheels but I got charged for them. I’ve called the location and they lied to me and said that they done everything right and they clearly didn’t and I feel like they got over on me won’t even own up to trying to screw me over and just get money from me. Once these wheels are paid off I will never buy anything or send anyone to this location ever again. There just as bad as the one in Kokomo. Get it together RNR in Muncie cause you guys are doing terrible business

Initially had issues trying to get an appointment, but after talking with a manager and getting in with Rick this morning, they now have my car and are getting my tire replaced as we speak. I appreciate their quickness to reach out and solve the issue. Customer service is top notch and Rick is phenomenal! Thank you!!
