He asked me to come back the next day since they were booked, and when I came back, he remembered me, knew my name, and was very respectful and helpful. Excellent service and wonderful care. In a world where great customer service is hard to come by, Michael and the team at the Kokomo location went above and beyond. I was in town on business and noticed my tire light came on sprinter van. I went straight to Google. Thankful I clicked the right link the staff was great fast kind and service and informative . I was in and out in 15/20 minutes and my issue was solved. Thanks for the hospitality and help
I called and asked about getting my pressure sensors replaced in my Ford Explorer. Was around 50.00 each that's a incredible price considering everyone else is charging around 70. Except Ford they somehow believe that the sensor they sell is worth over a 100.00 each. Really liked this shop looking forward to doing more business here.
