Customer reviews
You know, they’ve always helped me in my times of need. They worked with me and were patient and understanding more than I could ask for. They’re good people. They deserve the business guys. Tire Genie is where it’s at.
Was traveling to SW Indiana, got a nail in my tire. Tire Genie was open and fixed it for free. Nothing says Freedom like traveling and it happened on July 4. Poignant. Thank you for being open on a holiday and being so nice.
Had a leaky front tire on the drivers side. Decided to stop and price new tires. Rhiannah was so very helpful, and worked out a 6 month no interest deal. I replaced all 4 tires, which they were able to work me in. With very little wait time. Building was clean, staff professional, nice options available for tires. I’m impressed with the warranty offered. I would definitely recommend this place.
I had a great experience with Tire Genie today. After already paying for a tow because I didn’t have the right equipment to get my spare tire down, I was stressed about what the tire was going to cost and time. They got started as soon as we arrived. They checked my tire, were able to patch it, and didn’t charge me anything for the repair. They were kind, honest, and really helped me out when I needed it. It’s hard to find businesses that treat people that well anymore. I truly appreciate the help today and would definitely recommend Tire Genie to anyone needing tire service. I will definitely be back for tires in the future!
Spectacular service. Had a warning for an air leak. This was the closest place. I walked in, said I might have a leak, they told me to pull around and had solved the issue (odd valve stem core issue) in 5 minutes. Everyone was both professional and courteous and the price was right. I would rank this as the best tire service I've ever experienced. Extra highly recommend for everyone with stuff that rolls on wheels.
