On april 18,2026 i spent $500.00 on rims an tires. I was sent out the door just to learn it felt like my car was falling apart i immediatly took car back just to learn the studs are too short today april 25,2026 makes a week that im still waiting for parts to come in. I also want to add the center peace to one rim was lost because it wasnt put on proper which it was replaced (thank you) tht part came with in few days but the studs take over a week if i missed a payment they would be quick to take the rims back. I feel this contract has been broke and im to the point i just want refund. ITS NOW MAY 21 2026 my new rims came just to learn tht a part for center hub wasn't ordered now I half wait even longer plus one of the new rims was placed on a stack of boxes and the top box didn't have a rim in it and the rim fell to the floor and the new rim has marks all over it IF THESE MARKS DONT BUFF OUT I DONT WANT THESE RIMS when do u say enough is enough I want to speak with someone in charge ive had nothing but problems. UPDATE June 5th This has been quite a struggle trying to get the right bolt pattern for my car but RNR came through. Jacob is awesome he went above an beyond he knows wht he's talkin about thank you for not just brushing me off he deserves a raise something an I also want recognize Jessica I believe is her name for everything she even drove to muncie to get rims tht I changed my mind on we finally agreed on set rims she got the marks buffed out from when it fell on floor thank you plus I was given a gas card for all my troubles just be patient if something isn't right they will honor the contract u sign.
I went into RNR looking for tires for my Volvo XC90, and was given all the right information I needed to know. Thanks to Ashton, working his keyboard 🪄 I walked out with my brand new set of tires and 50% OFF a beautiful set of RIMS😍 Ashton, made me and my husband feel welcomed and answered all the questions we walked in there with. Ashton, walked us through, showing us everything that would work for our SVU and what would be the best fit , not only look wise, but where it counts the most... the wallet!!! 10/10 I highly recommend especially the people like us BALLIN on a BUDGET.
Went in to see about getting new tires, mistake you might ask, yes but not for the reason you might think. It was a mistake only because Ashton talked me right into rims and tires… At the end of the day I got a damn good looking set of rims and tire on my Trail Boss and I couldn’t be happier. To top it off, they had me out in under an hour!

Ashton Tucker helped me out a ton today got me a set of new tires worked with me on price and got them put on within 30 min I highly recommend coming in here and talking with Ashton to get you all set for the road and the winter ahead!! Just a update Aston Tucker has helped me out tremendously with my car every time I asked to bring my car in for tire rotation or other things he gets me right in and is always smiling and friendly thanks Ashton!!
