Customer reviews
Great service. Mr. Brandon at the front desk. Awesome customer service, very courteous and helpful team. Worked on my car efficiently. And got me ready to head back to Dallas tomorrow morning! Very happy with everything.
We had a flat tire on our way to my brother’s wedding, and RNR Tire Express in Springfield absolutely saved the day. Even though they didn’t have our specific tire in stock, the entire team went above and beyond to help us figure out a solution. They were incredibly kind, compassionate, and understanding during what was a very stressful situation. What impressed us even more was their generosity—they didn’t charge us for the help they provided, and they even let us pick up our car after hours so we could get back on the road. That level of customer service is so rare these days. We can’t thank the team at RNR Tire Express enough for their kindness and willingness to help complete strangers. If you’re looking for honest people who genuinely care about their customers, this is the place to go. Highly, highly recommend!
Fantastic service all the way around! Willing to help the moment we walked in for a tire leak. Owner, Brandon, quickly addressed us and they took pics of the vehicle before servicing it. Did not even take 45 minutes and they called us to say the vehicle was done. Top notch all the way around!
Was in and out in a reasonable time did amazing work helping getting the wheels that I wanted. Excellent customer service with 100% recommend for any vehicles.
Very pleasant satisfying experience with Brandon and Darius! Great prices!! Let me know one of my shocks in the back was completely detached from my vehicle! I was so flabbergasted when Brandon showed me a video of it!! The thought process of what could’ve happened to my son and I while driving!!! Brandon was so understanding and considerate that they fixed the issue with no charges! I feel so blessed to have step into RNR Tire Express!!! Very highly recommended and truly appreciate outstanding service and customer service from Brandon and Darius! Thank you also to the mechanics that put my car back together precisely and accurately for the safety of my family! I’m most grateful and will support them!! Thanking the whole team!!
