Vannessa was absolutely wonderful during my entire experience at RNR. From our first interaction on the phone just figuring out my options, getting a quote, and scheduling my appointment, to showing up the day of the appointment and being greeted with an immense amount of kindness, Vannessa took her time making sure I fully understood every bit of the process. I typically hate going to the mechanics but Vannessa made the experience so comfortable and enjoyable. I will definitely be back for future repairs and will be recommending this location (and Vannessa) of RNR to everyone I can possibly recommend them to!! A Customer Experience That Says a Lot About R&R Tire World I wasn’t actually the customer that day—I was there with someone who was—but I got to experience the same great energy and customer service firsthand at R&R Tire World on Alpine and Charles in Rockford, Illinois. One moment really stood out to me. It was a hot day, and while we were outside trying to air up the tire, John came out and offered us a bottle of water. He didn’t have to do that. He wasn’t trying to make a sale or impress anybody. He simply saw people outside in the heat and did something kind because he was being a genuine human being. That small gesture told me a lot about the kind of people working there. John, Gordon, and the entire R&R team treated us with respect, patience, and professionalism. They worked with us to make sure we got quality tires at a fair price without making us feel pressured. Sometimes it’s the little things that separate a good business from a great one. R&R Tire World showed me that they care about the customer, not just the transaction. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for quality tires, fair prices, and genuine people who care. Couldn't have asked for a better experience with better people. The team was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable about the products. Vanessa had my qoutes ready before I even arrived, and walked me through the whole process with absolute ease, patience, and such a positive attitude. Had my car in a shop was told I needed front end tire rods so they replaced both sides they told me I needed an alignment. I told them that I would take care of it. I took it to RNR TIRE on Alpine. Rockford Illinois walked in the door told them what was going on that I needed to set up an appointment. Needless to say an hour and a half later I was on the road. They did my alignment and things are perfect. And I truly appreciate every time I have dealt with This store it’s always been top-notch and professional.
