I had a fantastic experience at RNR Tire Express in Valdosta. On June 27, 2026, I was driving south to Tampa when my low tire pressure warning came on. It had dropped to 25 PSI, and when I stopped to add air, I discovered a nail in my right rear tire. It was about 5:00 p.m., and RNR closed at 6:00. I was about 12 miles away and wasn't sure I'd make it before they closed. I called, and the young woman who answered the phone was exceptionally polite and friendly. She checked with the manager and told me to come on in. They absolutely saved my trip. The team got me in immediately, repaired the tire incredibly quickly, and did the job right. Instead of simply installing a plug, they put on a proper internal patch without me even asking. I would have been grateful for any repair at that point, but they went the extra mile and fixed it correctly. Everyone I dealt with was friendly, professional, and efficient. What could have turned into a major disruption became nothing more than a minor speed bump in my trip. I honestly don't even remember the exact price because I was so relieved to be back on the road. What I do remember thinking was that it was very reasonable—especially considering the quality of the service and how much they helped me. If you're anywhere near Valdosta and need tire service, I highly recommend RNR Tire Express. They earned every bit of this five-star review.
Long waits and poor communication. My wife was told to come in for tires and has been waiting almost two hours, even after they said 30 to 45 minutes. Another customer is waiting too. They were quick to call, but not quick to deliver. Why make the phone call for customers to hurry up and wait?! Their tires are overpriced as well. 2 tires for $6xx.xx?! A full set of tires shouldn’t be more than $450 on a common crossover. Rip off! They need to hire more people is staffing is the issue. I eould avoid this place!
Hopper and Scott are freakin awesome! I had a flat and these guy took care of me quick! Staff is super friendly, very knowledgeable, patient, and very professional. Prices are very fair and they offer lots different payment options. Glad I stopped by! Ill definitely be back! Thanks Scott and Hopper!
Walked in with a pair of wheels and tires to get mounted and balanced. I was told it might not happen with preexisting appointments on the books, but Hopper and Scott managed to make it happen and had me out in no time while also making us feel at home. I'll definitely be bringing my next set in.
Scott took really good care of me here at the valdosta, ga rnr tires, they had all 4 new tires and balanced and alignment done before I even finished the paper work that's how efficient they are, I really appreciate them.
