Jennifer at the Washington Road location was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, she was kind, patient, and took the time to really explain everything to me. She walked me through the different tire options and as a person with minimal technical knowledge about tires, she explained everything in a way that I was able to easily understand. I explained my situation to Jennifer and she walked me through all of the available options that would not exhaust my monthly budget, which I really appreciated!! Jennifer really went above and beyond to make sure I left with exactly what I needed. I also want to give a shoutout to the store manager, Andrew. When Jennifer explained my situation, Andrew was so ready to help and make sure I didn’t leave disappointed. I watched Andrew as he interacted with the other employees and I let me say, he is the type of manager that makes working in customer service EASY!! I loved seeing how well he treated his team. This location has good people leading the way. If you’re calling or heading into this store, do yourself a favor and ask for Jennifer specifically. If she is not available ask for Andrew and let him pair you with the person he feels will best service your needs. Jennifer and Andrew’s customer service is genuinely rare to find these days, they will take great care of you from start to finish. Highly recommend!
The folks at RNR Tires Express are nice and Jennifer was top notch. She made sure I get the size tires I wanted and went as far as to take me back to show me the two sizes they had before I made my decision. Great place to get rims and tires. Thank you.
My sale representative was Jennifer and she was excellent! Jennifer was time efficient and very down to earth and most definitely helpful and every aspect she could. I recommend if you go to RNR ask for Jennifer you want be disappointed..
Had a great experience at RNR, the shop was quick, the wait was worth it, the tires and wheels are exactly what I was looking for. Had a salesman named Josh helped me out, had a good feeling sharing the same first name as him, and he exceeded my expectations. I had a really great experience with R&R Tire Express. Big shoutout to Greg & Gene..I was stranded out of town and honestly pretty stressed, but they stepped in and helped me figure out a solution quickly. Everyone I spoke to was kind, patient, and genuinely willing to help, which made a huge difference in that situation. It’s not easy being stuck somewhere unfamiliar, but they made the whole process a lot smoother. I’m very grateful for their help and would definitely recommend them to anyone in need of tire service!
