I don't know the mans name working on Saturday today. He was helping two females. I waited patiently. He was joking and laughing with them . That's okay. When I came up his whole demiener changed. He wasn't pleasant anymore. All questions were sharp and blunt. Went outside to get him my number on my plate. He kept pretending he couldn't hear me. There needs be lesson here. I work as a Director so I pronouciate pretty well. Needs better customer service for all. I am African American was looking for four tires. Absolutely rude. As I was leaving he was like by.. Id to recant my last rating for RNR. I realized you can't judge a business by one person. A heart felt that to the GM Ryan for reaching out and rectifying the matter. Gil and Damien two very nice people. My ride is riding smooth. Thank you RNR tires. Definitely 5 ⭐
