Customer reviews
The lady that helped us at the counter was super chill and helpful! They got us a great deal on 4 new tires and an alignment and got an appointment set up a few days after we called, on a Saturday which was perfect because of our work schedule. Lobby was very nice and neat, lots of options for wheels. We will be back for any tires we need in the future. Thank you so much!!
Had an appointment for 11am, for a front wheel alignment. 2 hours later I get a call saying the service couldn’t be performed. They said I needed 3 tires 🛞 and an inner and outer rod. When I got there they didn’t have a write up for me to explain the issue. Just gave me my keys and said I can go. Maybe 🤔 it was because I had a Groupon for the service. They didn’t want to honor it. But I just had tires replaced before I came. So if that was the case a write would have been nice so I knew what exactly the car needed. Just left a bad taste.
The people that work here are lazy. I am surprised that corporate let's this happen here. They have 5 bays all of them was empty and zero cars in the parking lot. I show up in a company vehicle asking for an alignment and was told to wait because they can't get to it right now that it would be a few hours. I was shocked because there whole staff team was just sitting in chairs inside there bays. They needed work to do but did not want to do any work. Its sad they missed out on a alignment and a set of tires. We also have five fleet vehicles that need the same service done within the next week. I hope corporate reads this review and gets the staff in line over here.
I bought some wheels from here a few days ago and the experience was great. The staff was helpful and helping me pick out great wheels and tires. I’m glad I came here to buy them.
Mac was super helpful!!! I didn’t have an appointment but he squeezed me in. The lobby was nice to work in and they had free coffee. I would highly recommend …
