Customer reviews
Just got my second set of tires here. Thanks to Joe who has helped me out both times. Great customer service and very helpful through the whole process. My tires were in stock and came back two days later for installation. Highly recommend Pro Wheels. I'll be back when it's time for new tires again.
Had a great experience with Luis and his employees. I arrived in the morning looking to order new Fuel wheels, thinking I would have to return in a day or two for installation. They went above and beyond to ensure my truck was ready by the end of that day. As a business owner myself, I appreciate great professional service. I highly reccomend Pro Wheels. Thanks again to Luis and his staff.
Great family, and great customer service. Had the wheels in stock and installed same day!
Warning, warning This company sells old tires. They sell old stock as brand new tires. In simple terms, they buy tires at discounted rates that have been sitting in warehouses for years and sell them as new tires. This means, that the structure of the tires had already been deteriorated. If you had a blowout or even an accident, let the insurance adjuster check the tires. They can by law be held responsible. My tires were purchased in 2016, and the tires they installed were Dot dated 2011. 5 year old junk. I will be working with our judicial system to have this corrected. You should also if you were sold old stock.
