Customer reviews
The staff is the Best! They are always helpful and will go above and beyond to work with you. I always feel like they try their hardest for their customers. If you want great service, quality tires and to be treated with respect go see the guys at RNR Tire Express in Russellville, AR!
I am over the moon with this place. I easily make payments thru text message with a real human... card on file. So easy. Although the team there is awesome!! And my wheels and tires make my ride look bad ass 😁
I would highly recommend! Very professional amazing employee’s! Very polite, clean and organized along with clean bathroom’s. I wouldn’t go anywhere else!. After having 4 all-terrain tires put on.The front and alignment was precise!
Miss Tasha was my account manager at the Russellville location and she was absolutely wonderful I could call down there and tell her hey I need an extension on this week and I'll double up next week and she would always make it happen. She was always polite she give you reminders if you needed them and she got me to the finish line of ownership of not one but two sets of tires for both of my vehicles and a complete set of rims she was absolutely wonderful every time I talk to her. I had a great experience with her as my account manager and I would absolutely recommend her to be somebody else's account manager if you need tires or Wheels. She was always very down to earth easy to talk to if your family was going through something she understood and she would do everything to help you that she possibly could.
Jenny deserves all the praise! I called yesterday needing new rims and two new tires for my husband’s truck. I spoke with Jenny who was incredibly kind and she made the whole process ABSOLUTELY amazing, and she was so knowledgeable and easy going for me not understanding much about wheels and tires. Even though the tires had to be ordered (not typical tires) they still were able to get us in the very next day! She went above and beyond for our family from the first phone call and really helped make the process stress-free! 😊 Picture is of completely cracked rim from before vs brand new back tires and rims
