I had a great experience with RNR Tire Express! Everyone was friendly, professional, and made the process easy from start to finish. The prices were very reasonable, and the payment plan made it affordable without taking forever to pay off. One thing I really love is that they include roadside assistance for tires, along with free tire rotations and alignments. Those extra benefits give me peace of mind and help keep my vehicle in great shape. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and got me taken care of quickly. I highly recommend RNR Tire Express to anyone looking for quality tires, excellent customer service, and flexible payment options!
After a really bad experience here several years ago, we decided to give them another try. Wayne answered all our questions and was accommodating with our needs. We were able to get in and out in a reasonable time frame, (unlike the 6 hours previously) and everyone was extremely friendly! We plan to return in the future!
I had my alignment done at this shop twice at different times, and both experiences were terrible. The first time, the poor alignment caused all four of my brand-new tires to wear out in just four months. Two years later, I returned with another new set of tires because they were the only place available for a quick alignment. Again, they did a bad job. They handed me a printout showing all numbers were “within spec,” but a new noise started immediately after the service, and my tires are now almost worn out after only seven months. On top of that, during my first visit they replaced the rear TPMS sensors, but the warning light never went away. They kept telling me it would recalibrate after driving about 20 miles, yet the TPMS light has remained on for years. Avoid this place ⚠️ — their prices may seem low, but the quality of work is poor, and it can cost you much more in the long run 💸🚫.
My experience with this lease-to-own company was extremely disappointing. Communication — especially through text — was unprofessional and lacked basic customer service standards. I received repo threats after my payment was only 3 days past due, with no understanding or willingness to work with me. The approach felt harsh and inconsiderate. I would not recommend leasing from this company.
A nail got stuck in my tire, and other places told me it needed to be replaced. But a friend recommended this place, and they said it could be repaired – for free! Although I had to wait two hours, I received the service at no cost. Their closing time was 6:00, but the repair was finished around 6:30. Everyone there was very friendly, and if I ever have another tire issue, I’ll definitely go back to this place.
