I would’ve given five stars except, I had asked if payments could be made online as I had done twice previously and was told absolutely. I realized I couldn’t use my old account due to it being a different location so I tried to set up a new account and realized that my email was spelled misspelled. No big deal, I figured I’d just get a new email with the way it’s misspelled. The issues just kept getting worse, couldn’t find my account number anywhere to make a new account so I emailed it’s been over a week and my first payment is due. I’d really appreciate someone reaching out so that I can begin paying online. I live over an hour away so, definitely don’t want to come into the office every two weeks nor do I want to call in every two weeks and pay the “convenience fee”. Other than that issue it was great
My experience was top tier from beginning to end. Branson was so professional when giving new information on what I needed to do to get things started. Which made the process much easier and faster. Chris took good care of me when I arrived. He was so kind and professional. All of the employees are very kind and respectful. Thanks good an amazing experience!

He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and treated me like a valued customer the entire time. Christopher went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of — super professional, patient, and honestly just a joy to work with. You can tell he cares about people, not just sales. It was a pleasant atmosphere and the workers were very helpful, friendly and work was completed in a timely fashion. II got 4 new tires, alignment and balanced for a very prices. Six (6) months same as cash also. I highly recommend it. The waiting area is clean they have TV for you watch coffee and water for there customers. Clean restrooms.
