HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE ! Was told one thing and scheduled a delivery date made arrangements at work to be able to be home. Called the day of to confirm the delivery and they told me they couldn’t get ahold of me because they had noted the wrong number. The manager was really rude and I’ll admit I was upset and kept speaking. Now as a manager your supposed to let the customer speak let them be heard and handle the situation with ease comfort and reason. This manager kept trying to speak over me and while I was trying to speak on how upset I was about the situation she stated “wow so your going to speak over me” she couldn’t reason with me or even hear me out on scheduling the delivery the date it was set on or even the next day because they were short staffed and there was nothing she can do. I just found that really rude and ignorant based on how I’m the customer and you couldn’t even hear me out and just shut me down even though they noted the number wrong and messed up on their end in the beginning. Best believe im paying this of ASAP and never again bringing business here. No matter what you do or where you work, customer service and hospitality are the key focal points. This store manager was just rude and aggressive for no reason making me sound dumb. And as it states all calls are monitored and recorded I hope the higher ups listen to the call and address that issue. There is a way to talk to people and even customers at that point and that was just not it.

Bad experience not happy with! I placed an order online today’ the online purchase said it would be delivered in 2 to 3 days ‘ I called the store to make sure and they told me they would have to deliver next week! 8 whole days that I shouldn’t have to wait for . I don’t think it’s right just because they are booked and because thanksgiving next week ! It’s their job to help you out but instead they don’t bad experience with these people I swear they need to do better with their employees!

Went to get a dryer and while there got a big amplifier too. The representative was very nice and easy to talk too. Explain and answered every question. Not the first time there but the place is very clean and friendly atmosphere.

Thank you for letting us rent the bed. My recommendation is to have a weight limit shown on your furniture pieces in your website. We had called a month ago but they never picked up the bed so I had to pay for another month (not very nice). Finally (almost end of this month) someone did pay attention and did something but had to email Aaron's. The movers when they came to pick the bed were very understanding.
