We have had a wonderful and very informative experience with RAC compared to other similar companies like Aaron's where they are very rude and always attempt to, pardon the crude language, screw us over by attempting to charge us more than the agreed amount. That problem has never occurred with RAC and because of that we are very grateful and appreciative. Keep up the good work RAC.
